We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. The ideal candidate must have a strong eye for modern D2C aesthetics, experience in performance marketing creatives, and a solid understanding of AI-assisted creative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing: Design high-performing creatives for Meta, Google, D2C, retention, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Digital Assets: Create visually compelling assets for website banners, landing pages, emailers, marketplaces, and product listings.
- Brand & Campaigns: Develop creatives aligned with brand guidelines, product storytelling, promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and conversion-focused ad creatives.
- AI Integration: Utilize AI-powered creative tools for efficient ideation, mockups, and streamlined production workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative, marketing, and performance teams to hit campaign objectives.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting tight deadlines.
- Design Operations: Maintain organized design systems, asset libraries, and source files to ensure absolute consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience (preferably within the D2C, e-commerce, or performance marketing ecosystems).
- Core Software: Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bonus Skills: Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a major plus.
- Design Fundamentals: Strong mastery of typography, composition, color theory, and modern layout systems.
- Ad Strategy: Proven track record of creating high-converting Meta ad creatives.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding and hands-on experience with AI design tools and modern workflows.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, exceptional time management, and clear communication skills.

-Looking for a dynamic individual having experience of managing ads on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart
-Should be able to independently work on creation of PLA/PCA campaigns
-Should be able to prepare, discuss and plan monthly DSP and on platform campaigns(not mandatory)
-Should be well versed with the campaign configuration, bid optimization, and campaign analysis
-Should be able to prepare business reports at Weekly, Monthly and yearly levels
-Should be well versed with the lower funnel metrics
-Should have at least an intermediate experience in Excel.
-Knowledge of Brand Insights is a plus
-Previous experience of association with a HPC brand is a plus plus but not mandatory.
Qualifications:
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, specifically in managing ads on marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.
Technical Skills:
-Proficient in creating and managing PLA (Product Listing Ads) and PCA (Product Campaign Ads) campaigns.
-Strong understanding of campaign configuration, bid optimization, and performance analysis.
-Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

-Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed business reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.

Identify target audiences and relevant influencer categories (macro, micro, nano, creators).
Set KPIs and forecast budgets across phases and platforms.
2. Influencer Identification & Outreach
Discover, vet, and shortlist influencers based on demographics, authenticity, quality, and brand fit.
Conduct competitive scans to identify relevant creators.
Negotiate deliverables, rates, and timelines while building strong creator relationships.
3. Campaign Execution & Coordination
Create detailed briefs and manage communication with influencers and agencies.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, social, PR, product, legal) for smooth execution.
Monitor deadlines, deliverables, content quality, and brand compliance.
4. Content Review & Quality Control
Review content for accuracy, tone, and compliance.
Provide feedback and ensure timely publication across creators.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track campaign metrics in real time, analyse performance vs KPIs, and generate insights.
Optimize content formats, creators, and posting strategies.
Prepare detailed reports and present findings to leadership.
6. Budget & Contract Management
Manage campaign budgets, invoices, and payment schedules.
Draft and track contracts, ensuring compliance with disclosure rules and regulations.
7. Trend Monitoring & Innovation
Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and competitor activity.
Proactively propose new creator formats, collaborations, and opportunities.
